I called Saturday morning & spoke to a very helpful & polite lady, who took all my info & got me scheduled for that afternoon with Dalton, a super knowledgeable & thorough tech who fixed our broken spring in 45 minutes & gave us a good deal & warranty on all the other movable 15 year old parts. When the other door ‘goes’ we’ll be back!
