The service agent was an hour early, which was a big help. He was courteous and professional and gladly explained he work whenever I had questions. He had to work extra hard to remove the old springs because of sticking spots on the rod. As part of the overall service, he lubricated all the pertinent areas of the door for a smooth and quiet open/close.

I called for service on Monday and was given an appointment on Tuesday. That in itself was amazing! Nate came out to assess the issue with my door not opening properly. I thought it might be the limit switch but it turns out to be something different. Nate was very informative & answered all my questions. The door situation is not urgent so I will follow-up with the new part at a later time. Great service all around!

I have used Precision for over 10 years. They arrive on time and often early if possible. The technicians are all very professional. Caution: If you search for Precision on the Internet the first garage door business that comes up may not be them so scroll down – I almost called the wrong business because I didn’t pay close attention.

Installer “Reggie” was very knowledgeable about his job putting new springs on my garage door, he told me things that I had not thought about concerning my garage door, gave me advice on what to replace, and how much it was going to cost. I really appreciate his honesty about getting my door up to par, and it didn’t take him long to fix my door, if I have any more problems with my door, I will be sure to call “Precision”.

Although it took 3 months to receive our door, we were called the day it came in and it was installed that next day. The guys did an awesome job, we are extremely pleased and happy with our purchase. It was definitely worth the wait.
