We just moved to St Augustine to a 15 year old house. The garage door opener only opened one of the doors! The tech who helped us arrived on time, was courteous and very competent and quickly had the old clicker programmed to open both garage doors. Hooray! Another problem solved. We will definitely use this company when we want to upgrade the garage door opener system.

From the initial inquiry call, to meeting the field sales rep to the install…….all went smoothly. I was kept in the loop while the door was ordered, permits were pulled and then prompt installation. The installation crew were nice, helpful and paid attention to detail. I will recommend them and definitely use them again!

Wes Texas was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and knew everything inside and out about garage systems and how they work. Would 100% recommend not only him but this entire company to anybody I know! Not only was he knowledgeable, he was hilarious. Felt like I could talk to him for hours. Your Representative answered all my questions and the Technician was here two days later and did an excellent job replacing the Spring and installing a new garage door opener. I’m know longer the noisy neighbor.

Totally disappointed! First of all chatting with the rep on line i wasnt tild that they only have Genie products! I was then told i have two choice both were 550 each with a lifetime warranty so we said ok he cane back to the garage and said this door is not in good shape we can out the opener on at 550 but can only give you a two year warranty! Now why would i pay 550 for a two year warranty instead of a lifetime warranty real ! So needless to say charged me the service fee if 49.00 please be aware ! Was her less than 15 mins and iam out if 49.00 and mind you this company came out years ago to fix the veru dame garage door’ ism just saying needless to say no new opener installed calling another company
