r broke on Friday night. I called Precision Saturday morning and received an appointment that day. On a Saturday, No extra charges, how great was that! Mike came out. He called about an hour earlier to give his arrival time. My window was between 4 and 6. He arrived promptly at 4. No saving the old unit. He put the new one in, it worked well. Much quieter than the last. He explained everything and even programmed my truck. He even said to call him and he’d walk me thru with the wife’s SUV programming. Doesn’t get better than that.

Great install, rapid response, fair price. The installer was very knowledgeable and courteous and gave us really good information.

As the new owner of our home, we inherited a Precision garage door opener and remotes. We needed a outside keypad opener installed and new door seal.
