My garage door main spring snapped on Sunday. I couldn’t get door open or cars out. Called Precision and the lady who answered the phone was very helpful. She tried to get someone out Sunday but they were fully booked. She scheduled for Monday 12-2. Monday at 10 Wes arrived. He opened the door looked over the door a recommended what was needed to fix it. There was no pressure, very professional he replaced the springs, rollers, cables and rebalanced the door. He even replaced a light bulb on the door opener. Was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended their service. He told us what to look for in terms of maintenance going forward. When he left all our questions had been answered. Will use this company again!first class.

The spring to our garage door broke and we called Precision Door. We received same day service!! Our technician, Tim Van Vuren arrived promptly at our appointed time. I have been using Precision for years. They never let you down. They are always professional, courteous, and efficient. There are no surprises with them as to cost.

I was super pleased. Hayden and Chip were so polite, professional and seemed very knowledgeable. So far so good.

I would give a negative star if I could. I was at work so my wife had to deal with the technician. After 10 minutes of looking at my garage he comes to the door and says “nothing we can do but replace the springs and opener” quotes us 1200 dollars. I told my wife to pay the service fee and send him on his way. Called another company out and it was a $80 fix! It was just wiring to the sensors. Basically I lost $50 to your company for trying to take advantage of a customer.
