We had a problem with the wiring being cut on our door opener, and the door was also somewhat out of adjustment. We found Precision Door by calling the service number for our Linear garage door opener. They referred us to you. We called Precision at 3 PM on a Friday. Your scheduler set up an appointment from 4 to 6 PM, same day. The service person arrived at 4 PM promptly, and all issues were resolved effectively and efficiently by 4:30 PM. Couldn’t ask for any better service than that. Should we need help in the future with the door, you can bet we will call Precision to help us out.

Extremely organized, responsive and professional; they came when they said they would come , responded to all calls and questions immediately were clean neat and professional in their speech, appearance work. We sent an email at 7:30 in the morning requesting service for the needed repairs. At 9:00 we received a call scheduling an appointment. By 10:30 that morning the two technicians had arrived and by noon all of the work had been done. Hayden and Chad kept me informed on what they were doing, what my options were and the benefits of each option. We were extremely pleased with their work.
