Spring broke, made a call and they where able to make a same day appt. tech called and was able to arrive early. Tech was very professional and explained all options and answered questions about new units. Fixed door and explained maintenance.

Had the pleasure of Mike Danforth as the tech to address problems we were having with our garage door drive unit. Alan did an excellent job. He explained the problem and the options available. He was professional and courteous. The finished the work in a timely manner and cleaned up. I was most impressed with his presentation. He arrived wearing a mask and aske if it was ok to take the mask off whilel working. I have had too many service providers who completely ignored safety protocols.
