FRANK AFTER CALLING AHEAD WITH AN ARRIVAL HEADS-UP, SHOWED UP A LITTLE EARLY WHICH WAS NICE. HE DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM QUICKLY, MADE A COUPLE OF POWER ADJUSTMENTS, AND IT WAS FIXED. WE DISCUSSED THAT IT MAY BE POSSIBLE THAT THE WALL UNIT MIGHT BE CAUSING SOME OF THE SAME PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE. WE COULDN’T REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM AS THE HOMEOWNER HAD DONE EARLIER. HOMEOWNER ELECTED TO MAKE THE CHANGE OUT ON ORIGINAL VISIT

I was impressed. Tim came through in a couple of hours, fixed my garage after a broken cables, which my Tenants notified me of. They charged about market price ($195) and the inspection report, lubing, and shaving a little of my wood panel was appreciated. They quoted me for entire home system repair. I feel extremely fortunate to have come across this company while searching for garage door repair service. The ease of setting up the appointment – despite it being late in the evening – and the next-day availability was unexpected, though I suppose it shouldn’t have been because it was just as it is advertised. The tech, George, arrived on time, was very thorough in explaining what could have caused the issue, options for repair, and recommended maintenance routine going forward. He did not try to oversell any services and no extra add-ons for the repair. All in all, what I thought was going to be a hassle and costly turned out to be a breeze and fairly priced. I would definitely recommend this company to to friends and family, and would call on them again if needed in the future.

I called this Morning on a neighborhood recommendation and received service this afternoon. Technician was prompt and knowledgeable; diagnosed problem quickly and recommended necessary preventative repairs for a 15 year old door. Very polite and attentive to his work. Appreciate his wearing a mask throughout work.
