Very prompt and courteous service on a broken spring. I called Sunday and the service appointment was scheduled for Monday morning. The technicians called 30 minutes before their arrival and were here at 8:00. They presented me the various options and prices before starting the work. They decided that the first pair of springs they installed were not quite strong enough, so they removed them and replaced with a heavier pair. They checked for proper door balance and operation and were finished in about an hour. I am completely satisfied.

We selected a belt-driven opener and Frank had it installed in less than an hour. He reviewed the new opener features with us and answered all our questions. Precision Door Service did a terrific job! Nate was our service technician. He was very professional, polite and accommodating with my numerous questions. We needed a spring replaced and other worn various parts. When I inquired about the our non-functioning remote keypad, he was able to replace the keypad with a new one. I would not hesitate to use them again and/or recommend them to others.
