After trying different remotes and receiver to no avail, I ended up getting a new opener. Nate had the work done in an hour or so and the price was less than I thought it would be! Positives: Very professional organization from top to bottom. The girl who took the initial call got a guy out the same day; he, in turn, showed up promptly and worked quickly, efficiently, and cleanly. They were both courteous and knowledgeable. That doesn’t happen by accident, especially these days. The new opener is quiet and better than the one I had. Negatives: I have an issue with the new keypad. It is a downgrade from what I had. It doesn’t allow guest codes, and it also needs a code to close the door from outside. I would have liked to have known beforehand if a better keypad was available, I’d have paid for it. We go in and out of our garage door a lot – it is our main point of ingress and egress – and don’t normally used the car remote. So keying in code to close the door every time is tedious, and changing the code every time we want to let a guest in is not good either. I made this known to customer service, the technician contacted me and said he would look into options and then never called me back. One star ding for that. Overall very positive, but the issues I mentioned will be an every day reminder that they didn’t follow through.

My garage door spring broke. I made a call to precision door service and scheduled for next day service. My service technician Reginal showed up on time and very knowledgeable and he was very professional. He explained what needed to be done and gave me a wide variety of options to choose from. Outstanding job! I would recommend them to anyone looking to have a new garage door or service.

Friendly technician who installed and explain everything like the features of the new garage opener and gave us a great deal for the whole package including springs,rollers, and a motor for the garage. And warranty. Who also followed safe distancing and weared mask.
