Called having seen you advert in Int Magazine and being unable to open garage door Saturday Morning after Christmas. Technician arrived on time as promised, spotted a broken spring and got right to work to replace it. Offered 2 options and explained the differences. Replaced all the rollers on both doors, lubed the rollers and chains and picked up every bit of refuse created. Very professional. No additional charge for weekend. Highly recommend. Very satisfied.

The service man was very knowledgeable and friendly. He diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the springs with stronger ones and the worn out rollers with new ones. lubricated all the hinges and rollers. The door goes up and down smoothly now, and without all the squeaks and pops it had before. I can’t be any happier with the work. The were very prompt as well, I called yesterday and it is repaired today.
