I had a garage door replaced by Precision Door in 2014. Timely and great service. Warranty was applied for the spring repair. Only charge service call.

Great Service… a new unit was needed.. and was all done within a few hours. Tech even had someone deliver the new unit to our home so he did not have to leave.

I will say our tech did an awesome job! However the complaint I have is to company policy of not backing parts by a warranty unless you get a package deal. Every part you can buy has a warranty at any store. They need to change this policy

Garage door would close but would when it hit bottom it would open again. I called in the morning and was given a window of 12:00-2:00. They arrived before noon, worked on the door and relocated the garage opener. They were efficient, knew what they were doing. I have had my door replaced and a new opener installed and have been pleased with their service.

Precision Door came to my rescue ASAP. My tech, Reggie Davis, was super prompt, very knowledgeable, and got my ancient garage door working again. Based on Reggie going over my garage door status I’ve decided to purchase a whole new door from Precision. Very impressed.
