This is my second time dealing with Precision. I purchased a brand new door from them earlier this year for one of my back yard storage buildings. I was so happy with their service that when a different building had issues with the garage door opener I did not hesitate to call Precision. They came out today, charged me just for the service call and figured out within five minutes that it was a loose wire that went to my sensors. He fixed the side that was loose, checked the rest of the wires while he was here, also showed me how to get the remote opener open so I could change the battery. He was on time, professional, courteous, wore a mask, and was quick to find and repair the problem. Could not have asked for better service. Thank you! I would not hesitate to recommend them or call them again if I need service or to replace a door or opener.

TRUST ME; they’re it’s only a little cheaper doing it yourself. I paid $ 125 for a replacement motor at HD. They fixed my old motor for $ 165 and with less aggravation than trying to do it yourself!

This is the 3rd time my door has needed springs. And every time, the tech, from a different company, said “it’s just your door”. I called your company, and Nate came out and pointed out the problems with my door. He replaced both springs, the cables and cable wheels, and the door wheels. The door works perfectly now, no sloppy, jerky movement. Great job Nate! Thank you!!!
