Call for service this morning and a tech was at my home before noon. I call that great response customer’s needs. The tech was looked at the job and quickly started to work. He was friendly and polite. He dressed well and I understood all of his statements. I give the tech 5 stars. and the service operator 5 stars for getting him to my home soo quickly.

Made an appt because my neighbor had his door replaced by your company. When salesman arrived I told him I wanted door and trim just like my neighbor. The salesman told me that was NOT their door? I told him that several doors in my hood were from Precision and that the stickers advertised so? My other neighbor came out to ask the salesman a question and the salesman said I will give u a card? My neighbor just had a question and his door is from Precision. Salesman did not have a customer friendly attitude at all. I told him that I wanted stainless steel nails or screws on my trim. He advised that that was all they used. My neighbors is NOT stainless as it is rusted. So ? I did NOT pursue doing business with this company. Really a waste of my time .
