TREMENDOUS service!!!!! Garage door spring broke late last night. A call to Precision was handled with courtesy; professionalism; and caring by the young lady who answered the call. Appointment was scheduled for this morning between 8 and 10:00 a.m. I received a call from the service technician letting me know he was enroute to my residence and arrived prior to the expected time. Outstanding. The young technician; Nate Lewis, was outstanding!!!! Professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful both in helping me understand what had happened to the old springs and patient in answering my questions about what would be needed to repair my door. That young man is more than welcome to return for any further needs we may have. Thoroughly enjoyed him and his attention to detail. It took calling back twice before a person answered and was able to schedule my appointment. Both times I called I did have to wait. The first time I called I ended up hanging up because the wait was too long. However, once my appointment was made we could not have been more pleased. The technician called the very next morning to let us know he was on his way. He installed our new opener, keypad, etc., with ease and efficiency. Took time to explain everything. He was a very professional, knowledgeable young man. I would certainly use Precision in the future and recommend them as well.
