Had repairs done on garage door. Bottom bracket had pulled loose. Reggie was very professional and likeable. We have a solid wooden door which Reggie had little expereince with but he was determined to get our door fixed as it had jammed shut enclosing our cars inside the garage unable to take my wife for her medical treatments. Reggie assessed the situation and came up with the solution, an ‘out of the box’ remedy. I appreciate his honest concern for my wife’s treatments and his imagination in fixing our door.
