I called Precision door on a Saturday morning and was able to get an appointment that afternoon. Michael, our tech called to advise of his arrival time. When he arrived we discussed the problem (broken spring) and he explained the options that would address that and possible some other aging parts. He was prompt, professional, courteous, efficient and thorough with his work. Couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend.

This is the second time I used PDS. The first time was 2 years ago, completely satisfied then and completely satisfied this time. Two years ago our house was sold…door spring broke the next day after closing. I called and they came the same day. Had to wait a couple of days this time, not a problem, the job was done and we are satisfied.

Haydn was the ultimate professional and very knowledgeable. He called ahead to see if he could come early and it worked out great. He did a great job. My dad was a pioneer in the overhead garage door business up in Massachusetts in the 50’s and 60’s. Watching Haydn work brought back many old memories. He was patient enough with me to listen to all my old “Dad” stories. Courtesy and customer service go a long way in my book. I called Precision at 1:45 PM and was given an appointment for 4 PM to 6 PM. Technician arrived on time and was finished in 40 minutes. He was professional, explained everything that was going to be done and did a terrific job.
