Excellent service. The employees that came to do the repairs were very professional and polite. They communicated well and set expectations up front on what they were going to do and what the invoice would be. At the end of the service they reviewed everything in detail and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction.

Over the weekend I manually open my garage door and and noticed that there was resistance. I forced the door upward causing a roller to pop out. The garage door has been working fine up to the is point. I called you guys to come out and put the door back on the tracks and redo the tension. Also I wanted to purchase a garage door opener, and have the up and down limit adjusted. I received a quote for $500.00. I inspected the cables on the garage door and can take pictures of them to show there is no damage present. So I asked why where replacing the springs and they are not a problem. I’ve done this may time around 4, over the 15 years I have own the house. You have never been quoted this much. When I told the tech to call the office to explain my concerns he left and did not return.
