Our service tech name was Tom. He was professional and very polite. Upon arrival he noticed that we were wearing a mask due to the COVID 19 and he placed his mask on with no hesitation which was appreciated. He explained what was needed and completed the job in a timely manner. Upon completion of the job he explained how we were to take care for the product. His professionalism gave us great confident in his service.

Called because my garage door seemed to be slowing down and making a lot of noise. A tech came out same day and was on time. He fixed my garage door problems quickly and professionally. Also, provided advice and answered any questions I had prior to leaving. Great service.

Reviews were good I was disappointed that they didn’t have the belt drive system I wanted but tech went over everything and they said they would call and set up another appointment when they get the parts in stock . Hope they get the parts soon . We’ll see if they follow through . Then I will up date the review.
