New garage door. The salesman was very nice as well as the technicians. I love the door.

OK true story: I come home from golf outing, open garage door, and find a one-inch bolt laying on the garage floor…not good. Examination reveals a completely snapped header bracket, and the rail track is hanging on by a thread. Called Precision door, they said they could have a guy here between 4-6pm today. It’s 3:20, I say OK, and head over to my neighbor’s place for a beer. At 3:40, a truck pulls up in the driveway. Jeremy gets out, I give him the broken bracket. He says, “no I don’t have that part, but I think I can fix it”. At 3:57 I said to Jeremy, “You just finished the job that the dispatcher said you would be here within the next two hours to start. Wow! I must leave a review on this one.” The promptness, the courtesy, the wherewithal, the phenomenally low price. I just wish every business/service related experience was this real. Kudos Precision.

Once again another great job! The fella’s called first then show up on time. Then perform their magic. Well Done . . . Oooooh Raaaaaaaah!
