I am very pleased with the service provided by Shane on the service call we placed. Shane took his time to explain the problem we had with our opener keypad, tested and replaced it with a new one as we had asked. Shane also asked if we were pleased with the door we purchased 6 years ago. He took it upon himself to lubricate the door and ensure the spring had the correct tension. Excellent service provided by Shane!

My parents had dropped their opener to my garage and it malfunctioned. They called Precision because they had great success with them installing a new spring, motor, and remote. Their system was 30 years old and came when the house was built. Wes, from Precison, came over and was terrific. We got new remotes that he keyed to the system. He also, without being asked, repared a piece of equipment and lubricated the door rollers at no charge. I see now why my parents have used Precision. Excellent service. Will always recommend them.
