While we were not in a hurry for an appointment, we were offered one in 24 hours. Technician was on time (even called to offer to come early) , cordial, knowledgeable and efficient. The installation of a new opener took less than an hour. We were glad to see that the many 4 and 5 star reviews were justified.

Our technician was very good and nice and polite. He would get a 5 if that is as high as you go or a 10 if you went higher. I would recommend you to other people.

Great to have my garage door back in service. My experience with Precision Door Service met all of my expectations. Shane was very thorough in his work as well as his explanation of what the future of my garage door’s life expectancy. Looking at maybe changing to a new opener when the present one goes out again. There was an item purchased but it isn’t listed in the choices about purchasing a new product. Probably because my system is old.
