The person I spoke with requesting service was polite, the service technician arrived on time and did a great job installing a replacement garage door opener, and pricing was in-line with what other garage door companies in my area charge. My garage door spring broke at 4 PM on a Friday and I called Precision 2nd. The 1st company I called wouldn’t come out until Monday. Precision set an appointment for between noon and 2 PM on Saturday and they were there at noon. In 1 hour Shane had replaced both springs, both cables and all the rollers. The rep was very professional and on time as scheduled. He replaced the rubber retainer and seal and the linear control panel. The best thing was that when I called to request a service call, they were able to get someone to my house within 2 hours. Great service! Thanks!

I am very pleased with the service performed by your Technician. I was in need of a new belt drive which he installed and made adjustment on the door springs. He also sprayed lubricant on all working parts and made sure the door was working as it should This was all done very professionally!
