The service included replacing the door opener, springs, rollers, bearing and torsion tube. The work was flawless and completed within the promised time. The work was performed by Mike Danford I was very pleased with it, I would recommend Precision Door Service.

My opener has been having issues for weeks. Shane quickly diagnosed the issues, installed a new keypad and replaced my broken remote. He even installed a new light bulb and helped me peer my Home Link in my car. What an awesome experience! Thank you, Shane, for fixing my garage nightmare quickly and efficiently. Great job and price

I inspected the work done by the service technician as well as spoke to my rental tenant and I was satisfied with the work done on the garage door. My tenant informed me that he was watching the technician perform the work on the door and had to suggest and politely pointed out that the technician needed to finish the door in a professional manner so that the work was not left half undone. As I stated before, I was satisfied with the overall job of repairing the garage door, but I was unhappy that the technician who was in the process of performing less than professional workmanship on the repairs. Should the need arise again for garage door repairs either at my rental or home, I will think twice before calling Precision Overhead Garage Door Service,

We had George install new safety electric eyes. He did assessment of out 17-year-old Liftmaster and said it was likely to fail given its age, the spring likely to fail given its age — but did not try to create some panic to get us to replace in anticipation of a problem. He did adjust the sensor so the door would open without holding the up switch. Back in business at $150. Not cheap as DIY, but when the unit fails, I will call these folks.
