Had a major problem with my garage door. Contacted Precision Door that same evening and a service tech (Tim – very professional 7 friendly) arrived the first thing the following morning. Tim examined the door determined what was wrong & repairs required. Provided me with a cost estimate & time to make said repairs. Price was very reasonable and the repairs were finished on time. I was disappointed in the warranty. I needed the paper warranty although I was in their system for purchasing a garage door opener. They claimed that it may have been a previous owner of the home. I told the guy we built the home and I could show him documents but they still charged me $640 to fix my garage door. The repair guy didn’t like me questioning him about the warranty. I was uncomfortable having to pay for something that was suppose to have a lifetime warranty.

Came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Phenomenal response time, excellent service. All boxes checked, all 5 stars earned.

Called Precision after experiencing a problem closing the garage door; Tim was dispatched within two hours. He immediately fixed the problem and made sure all remotes were working properly, oiled door parts and adjusted belt. Highly recommend Precision!
