I placed a call at 1130am Wednesday morning to Precision Doors because my garage door stopped working completely. They scheduled me the same day between 2:00pm-4:00pm and at 1:30pm I received a call from the technician Michael asking if he could arrive early which was great. He was professional in every aspect and quickly identified and corrected the problem. In addition he went over the entire system and made several adjustments and noticed a cracked hinge which I elected to have him replace, at a fair price. Every aspect of this scenario was efficient and well organized. Lastly, Michael stated how much he enjoyed working for this company because they treat their employees so good. Jason arrived as promised. After short assessment of the problem he explained the options for the repair. After short conversation we authorized the service package to be performed. He indicated that the job should take him 90 minutes. After 75 minutes I heard the garage door open and close. Checked a few minutes later and the job was completed and the area cleaned up spotless.
