Precision had previously installed my garage door; however, I kept my old garage door opener which had recently been giving me trouble. Yesterday the opener went wild, and it had a total breakdown with metal torn from the wall and the door locked…the lock was jammed…I called Precision and was pleasantly surprised that someone would be out today to help. The tech was great: Friendly, professional and efficient…he did not even roll his eyes when I tried to explain what happened. I am crying because I had not realized how much openers and installations were, but with the lifetime guarantee, I should be ok.
