Jason was great! My Dad is 96 years old and I felt like Jason was very kind to my Dad. He explained to him what was wrong with the garage door and told him what he was doing to fix it, he also explained that there were some other issues that needed to be addressed (which my dad probably didn’t hear half of it) but Jason explained it anyway and then sent me a copy of the invoice along with the recommendations. I’m thankful that you sent someone like him to deal with an elderly man who truly appreciates it (and his daughter too). Jason gets 5 stars from this family. My service with precision was very good. Service guy came out at the time that he said he would arrive he came in fixed the garage door he was a very very polite guy did not pressure me too spend money just gave recommendations which I appreciate I would recommend precision to anyone

Jason is very impressive. Very polite and personable. He assessed what needed repaired and gave me options. The space was not cleared (my fault) for him to be able to complete the repair that day. I will be scheduling him back when I have it cleared.

Excellent service by a very experienced repair man named Alan. He arrive within 30 minutes of my call and had my door up and running in about 30 minutes. I was very pleased with the service and the products he recommended.
