I contacted your firm due to the fact one of my garage doors was damaged by vehicle contact. Mark was the representative that came to my home. Mark was very patient in listening to my story of how the garage was damaged, and I explained to him I did not have a frame of reference in regards to price and value with garage doors. He took the time to evaluate the state of my damaged door, offer honest feedback on its present condition being operative but irreparable, and provide me with numerous replacement options for the near or distant future. Called Precision at 7:30 am and the service department told me that they could come between 8 and 10 am. The technician would call when he was headed my way. At 7:40 he called and said that he would be there at 8. I couldn’t believe it. He arrived at 8:05and promptly diagnosed my problem. He explained my options and told me it would take him approximately 1 1/2 hours to complete the job. He finished the job in the stated time. He explained every thing that he had done. He explained the warranty and what I would need to do to prolong the life of the parts he had replaced.

My garage door quit working on a Friday night. I called that night and they sent out a technician the next day. He had my new door installed right away after informing me what the problem was. I had an old door that was noisy, with this new one I can barely hear it.

Your technician Mike arrived at the appointed time and was extremely personable. He performed a comprehensive inspection of the door and made recommendations for its’ repair. There was no pressure whatsoever to “upsale”. After agreeing on the work to be performed he assured me that he had everything on his truck to complete the job. As he started the repair it became evident that he knew what he was doing and I would have nothing to worry about. Mike completed his work in a timely manner and answered any and all questions that I had. My door now works better than it did when new.
