Called Precision for an appointment and received requested response. Very courteous treatment. Next day Technician Alan Harp called 1/2 hour prior to appt. time and was at our home by 8:30. Analyzed the problem, explained all aspects of situation and gave recommendation and itemized Estimate. We took his expert advice and not only replaced the broken springs but replaced and upgraded our door opener! Alan’s proficiency was amazing. We are extremely impressed and pleased with both Alan and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service! Would definitely recommend!

Tim Van Vuren did a great job fixing my Opener problems. He put a new receiver and new remotes and saved me a couple a hundred dollars. There’s others things wrong with the door that I couldn’t afford to fix at this minute, but when I do take care of those problems a will call Precision.

Hi! Shane repaired/replaced our broken garage door springs and bearings. He said he would only take about an hour and he was correct. He was friendly and professional.
