I had requested an estimate to replace the weather stripping on my 20 year old garage door and opener. When Mike Danforth arrived, he said he would first inspect the door, opener, etc. then review the results. At first I thought he would tell me their were numerous problems and try to convince me these issues would need to be corrected. However, I very please when he said everything looked good except the chain needed to be tightened and the rollers needed to be replace – both of which I agreed with. When he was finished he went over everything he provided me with a checklist of what had been inspected and what was done. I was so impressed, I went ahead and renewed the service agreement. Mike was very professional, courteous and thorough and I recommend Precision to everyone.
