Precision Garage Doors is the number one garage door company in Jax for many reasons. Carlos Morales, owner is honest and remembers his customers. The company is represented by a caring office staff headed by Michele. My serviceman today is Chad who exhibited great talent in flawlessly installing new door weatherstripping that made the doors new again. My doors have seen the full mix of seasons that we go through annually and have held up in praiseworthy fashion and lead me to a full recommendation to all inquiring about trust, reliability and longevity.

Had service on my garage doors yesterday. The Tech arrived on time.Did the work that he said it needed, told me how much it would cost and I paid the bill, I thought the bill was high. Check the part numbers on line . Some of the parts on line where $15.00 to $25.00 dollars, I was charged $190.00 each. Example – the flanged ball bearing was billed at $160.00. I think the price of the parts were extremely over priced. What was a good job resulted in a rip off for me and a bad mark on Precision’s reputation. I hope Precision will take the opportunity to correct this overcharging. Paul Hensley

He was knowledgeable and answered the few questions that we had. Then Franklin came for the installation, the same day and did an excellent job.
