Recently had an issue with my garage door (opening/closing), called Precision Garage Door Service, they answered promptly and an appointment was scheduled for the next day (they could have had someone out sooner if I wanted). Their technician, Riley, attended the next morning at the scheduled time. He was polite, courteous and did a nice job explaining the issues that I had with my garage door and what would be required to fix same, presenting me with a written estimate, without any pressure. He completed the required repairs in a timely manner, cleaned up the work site and tested to my satisfaction the repair. My reason for a 4 star rather than a 5 star rating was the price….over $2000.

Wow…same day service. Everything was professional from the young lady who took my call to the technician who came to replace our opener. Cameron was experienced and polite, taking the time to explain things, options and pricing. Yes Precision is a big national franchise, but I’m glad I found them after being ghosted for an opener replacement appointment by a “local” firm. Sometimes it is best to go with the big dogs. Thanks to the Precision team!
