Had to get a repair due to the garage door not opening. Called Precision Garage Door Service since I had used them before. Kimmy was extremely helpful on the phone getting an appointment set up. Dalton did the repair and was very professional. He diagnosed the issue and got it fixed.

Josh was prompt, did a thorough inspection and gave me an accurate estimate for repairs. Replaced the broken springs, replaced the worn shaft bearings and gave my garage door adjustments to make the door operate more smoothly. He was courteous, friendly and professional. When I need garage door work again, I will definitely call Precision again.

Fast service. Hayden was professional, efficient, knowledgeable and very polite. He did a complete inspection and uncovered some problems that I was not aware of. The repairs were made fast and efficiently. The truck contained all the parts that were needed for the job. I would highly recommend this company.

Primary issue were panels buckling when opening & closing garage door. Spring, rollers & hinges were replaced as well as adding strut to support the panels. Kyle did a great job, was very friendly and always informing me well about what was going on.

Precision corrected a misalignment i had several years ago. but when i had a new problem Precision is the first name I thought of when looking for a solution
