A little over a year ago I had them replace my door opener and was so impressed with their work, I didn’t think twice about contacting them when the garage door springs needed to be replaced. I was very impressed with everything he did… my old garage door opener was 17 years old and wore out.. i got a new garage door opener with 2 remotes and a sensors and wall mounted operer and a new touch pad and new rollers too… now it is super quiet and efficient… I couldn’t be more satisfied!! Our torsion springs failed with both gas trapped in the garage. We called Precision that evening based on a recommendation from a friend. The next morning Austin arrived, diagnosed the entire system, recommended changes, and completed all repairs within about two hours. My opinion is that Austin is way above average on the professional and competence scales. The 12 year old door has NEVER worked better. This organization is a rarity in today’s lackadaisical mechanical service industry. They are not cheap but I can certainly recommend them to anyone that requires garage door service.
