We are now one of the many customers who are really pleased with the excellent customer service and turn around time in completing the work. I called on Sat morning, the young lady said she had a technician available from 2pm – 4pm that same day. Gilbert Brown was the technician that assisted us in getting this completed. He called and was going to be earlier than expected and we were able to have this completed sooner than expected. Gilbert was a super pleasant employee that went out of his way to discuss everything that would be needed and discussed it in detail.
