This is the second time I used Precision for my garage door needs. Both times the repair person was out here quickly and they were able to diagnose the problem. Whatever was needed for the repair, was on their truck, allowing them to get right to the repair. I’m delighted with their ability and desire to help their customers.

Your tech, Alan, called in advance, just like I had requested he do as he was heading to our house. He stated that he was running ‘early’, and actually asked if it was okay to arrive prior to his scheduled appointment time. (You are sitting down reading this, right?!?) Once he arrived and surveyed the problem (broken spring), he called me back with two estimates; one with a cheaper alternative in cost. I’m the one who chose the higher priced spring, not Alan, with the longer warranty. Within the hour, he and his helper were done, door tested, and verified everything was in good working order. All of the broken materials had been removed, and the area had been swept. These type repairs are never budgeted for, nor are they cheap by any means, but when you receive the options up front, and the service provided by your company every step of the way, it makes spending this amount of money on a garage door repair that much more palatable. This is the second time I’ve used Precision Door Service. Very professional and responsive. Called on Tuesday and Jeff came out on Wednesday to check an opener that wasn’t working. The old unit couldn’t be fixed (an apparent power surge from a lightening storm) so Jeff installed a new opener with sensors, keypad, wall switch and remotes. The new opener is much more quiet than the old. I’m very pleased and would highly recommend Precision.
