Technician showed up on time and very professional. He suggested some things as future needs but did not try to oversale me on anything. Was here about 2 hours replacing all rubber seals. Replaced rollers on one of my doors and lubricated both doors. Highly impressed with this company as he reached out to another technician that he needed more supplies very quickly. I would definitely call them out again. This service exceeded my expectations as now we have quietly closing doors. Gives Angie’s List or military discount.

I selected your company based on the information given in the advertisement in Mint magazine. I was impressed by the short amount of time it took to schedule an appointment. The technician called and gave me the time he would be here. Upon his arrival, he checked out everything and explained what needed to be done and the cost.When the job was completed,he double check to make sure was everything was working. I was very pleased with the work.The technician was polite, courteous and knowledgeable.

One of our garage door sensors was malfunctioning and given that Precision had helped us out last year with a problem, we had no hesitation in calling them. Michael came out and fixed the problem quickly. He also offered some sound advice about the motors on our three garage doors but with out pressuring us to do anything. Just good sound advice. There is zero doubt that we will use Precision again. They are prompt, efficient, friendly, professional and their prices are fair.

Dear Mr. Sheppard, With pleasure I will tell you my take on todays service on my garage door. The young man (Gilbert) came out around 11am today. He went right to work–after sizing up the problem. He answered any and all questions we had, all the while–working. He never skipped a beat–he was in control of just what to do next, including answering all our questions (mine and my daughters). After explaining just what had gone wrong with my door, we decided to just add new “springs” for today. He took just a few minutes and the job was done and all was well. He further explained about my garage door opener and said it probably needed replaced–but that it could last a while longer. He was not pushy, and did not try to push something on me that could possibly wait. I explained that my son would put a new door opener in and that he in fact used to do this for another well known company. He finished and left me with a door which opened and closed properly. If I had a company like yours, I would be very glad to have “Gilbert” work for me and represent my company, I would welcome an employee like him in any kind of company. I called as a new customer and was given an appointment the same day. Gilbert called to say he was ahead of schedule and we agreed to an expediated time. He arrived and replaced broken cable. We had a discussion about the possibility of replacing a 30 y/o motor. He had one in his vehicle and it was replaced in one hour. My garage door gear is more than 30 years old and this was not a problem. I will definitely call Precision for my next issue.
