Called in a problem with our garage door springs ,which Precision installed last year, Friday afternoon. Appointment made for Saturday — surprised at quick response. Frank Cassidy arrived on time, explained the issue, made the adjustment, and balanced the opener as well. He was in and out in twenty minutes, was thorough, polite, and personable. Give the man a raise. Hope all your service folks are as good.
