Mike was on time and professional. Good man. I suggest you allow the insallers some discretion with pricing. My purchase was a little over $550. I asked Mike if we could just agree to $550? He said no. Someone might have said if you won’t do a sale and lose three or four dollars on a $550 sale, you may have lost the deal. Just a suggestion.

I scheduled an appointment for replacing my current garage door opener. The representative arrived on time. He listened to what I needed. He gave me three (3) options. We agreed on what was to be done. He completed the work within the announced time. He showed me what he did, how to operate all of the controls. He left me very satisfied.

On a scale of 1-5 Austin Mattes was a 5! He is very professional, courteous, on time, with a very friendly attitude. He presented the information on the garage doors in a very understandable way. He explained every detail of all charges. He is very knowledgeable of his product! We will probably purchase a garage door from your co. If so, Austin will be the reason we purchase

I phoned this morning and was given an appointment for today and Frank was here by 3pm. He examined the existing opener and determined the setting for the motor was at maximum. Motor was unable to open or close the door. Frank explained the problem and discussed the options for replacing. We purchased a replacement which he then took care of. It was immediate and painless.
