Needed garage door opener replaced urgently when it stopped working suddenly. Chose Precision Door Services based on Angie’s List recommendation. They came within 2 hours after calling. Replaced the garage door opener and replaced all the associated hardware. Ryan was very professional and completed the work efficiently and cleaned up after himself. mike came to service my garage door. he called to say he was on his way, was clean and polite. After i explained the problem he got right to work and in just a few minutes the popping sound was gone! Good job and very professional!

Extremely fast and efficient service. Front office is thorough and friendly. Technicians are friendly and their high level of expertise is readily apparent. The response was amazingly fast, less than two hours elapsed from the time I called until the door was fixed (broken spring). Really nice when your cars are trapped in the garage. The door of course now works smoothly and quietly. 5 stars.

Mike was our technician today – he did a terrific job. Very efficient, arrived on time, explained the problem/solution very thoroughly. I was a tad surprised they had us down as a “first time customer” as we’ve been using Precision since 2005!! We keep calling this firm for our garage door repairs/service – excellent service!

After using the door opener for about a month I’ve found the unit isn’t the quality of the one I repaced. Primarily in that the signal is weaker. I also felt the installer was not that helpful in making sure the whole opening device was operating at its max proficiency.
