What an awesome experience I had today with Josh, Precision Door tech! First off, my call to PD was great. Customer Service handled my issue timely, answered all my questions and scheduled my appointment promptly. The tech, Josh diagnosed the issue and explained my options. Josh did a great job repairing the door. He made sure I was satisfied with the work he proformed. This is my 3rd relationship with PD and I will continue to call on them for my garage repair needs. Excellent service all around. Alan was punctual, professional, and courteous. He did a thorough examination of the garage door and recommended what needed to be done. My door is old and needed a lot of updating which I thought might take hours. To my surprise, the work was completed in a short time period and works perfectly.
