I just had two new garage door openers installed by Mr. Josh Simmons. Josh arrived on time and was courtesy during the entire installation. He was willing to answer all my questions about the installation, warranty, etc. He was very knowledgeable about the product and even spent time reviewing and showing me how everything works. You should be very proud to have gentleman of this caliber working for your company. Being a retired Police Captain from Miami-Dade, I understand very well the complements of an employee by a customer. I thank you Josh and wish you nothing but the best. I will always request to have Josh come to my home for any and all services. Thank You

Technician Josh Simmons was wonderful. Very professional and personable, he went above and beyond to get two garage door openers installed. We had one existing opener which wasn’t working and I planned on replacing, but first he tried to see if maybe it could just be repaired. It wasn’t fixable so he installed a new opener that is so quiet! Opens and closes so smoothly! Meanwhile, our second garage door had no opener but the previous owners of our house had left a new (well, remanufactured according to the box) opener which we’d never installed. I asked Josh to install it, which he said he could do, there just wouldn’t be any warranty. He spent a long time trying to get that opener to work for me but it just wouldn’t operate properly. At this point he’d been working on this door for a really long time and I felt so bad since it was starting to get dark and he hadn’t had dinner! I asked him if we could just install a new opener instead. I said he could come back another day or whatever worked best for him. He called his supervisor and then told me he would stay and do the new installation. Of course, first he had to totally remove the one he’d just spent so long putting up! The new opener works as wonderfully as the other side does and is amazingly quiet as well. Even though we spent a lot more money than I planned to when I first made the call to Precision Door, it was worth it in the end and Josh made the whole experience a good one!

Total experience was AWESOME –definitely 5 star rating starting with the technician calling saying he could come before scheduled time to the repair/renewal of my remote He was professional, clean cut and very mannerly — he even took the time to program my daughters new jeep remote and tried to do the same with my truck I’ll never call anyone but your team for all my garage door needs thanks for such a pleasant experience
