We have used Precision Overhead Garage door service to have a door installed and also the door opener quite a few years ago. We were having problems with the door opener a few days ago and a call to the company had a technician out the next day, which was Saturday, and I was pleasantly surprised there was no extra charge. The tech came out and immediately found the problem, fixed it and was gone in a very short time. He was so very nice and very professional. You cannot go wrong with this company!! We are so pleased with them and have been for years.

Michael did a superb job! He called ahead, had what he needed on the truck, was knowledgeable, fast and efficient, came out on a Sunday and price was reasonable. Replace 2 springs, both cables, balanced and adjusted in a little over 1 hour. Could not be more happy with Michael and Precision Door Service.

Called for an appointment to have springs repaired on my door and was told someone could be out in 4hours. Technician Tim called 15 minutes before arriving which was exactly the time I was expecting him. He was very professional and explained what needed to be done. Overall, an outstanding experience
