He went about his business in a professional manner, made some adjustments and fixed the problem. He was kind, considerate, and knowledgeable. I give him a five star rating without hesitation. Glad to know the employees are so qualified, but that they have also been drug tested, background tested and came out to service our garage door promptly as promised.

Outstanding … scheduled my appointment promptly (helpful operators!), Tim Van Vuren, the technician, called ahead, arrived on time, was courteous, professional, tuned up my doors and installed new rollers (door works great now!!), and gave me a few maintenance tips.. all at a very reasonable price. I couldn’t be more satisfied. 5 Stars and two thumbs up!! Highly recommended!

Had two new garage door openers installed today. New springs, cables & rollers as well. My technician was top notch. I found Precision thru Angie’s List but once my friend raved about them I made decision to hire. It was originally for an estimate/service call, but I decided at that time I wanted the replacement & he did the work right then & there!!!! AWESOME!!!!
