I was very impressed with the technician, Jose Valdes, that performed the service on my door today. He showed up on time, was extremely courteous, and was knowledgeable about all aspects of overhead garage doors. He patiently answered my questions, and happily calculated all my “what if” scenarios until we found a solution that fixed the problem and fit into my budget. He then went to work quickly, quietly, and neatly. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Nobody likes the surprise expense of having to get their garage door fixed, but I think I got good value for my money, and I think Jose is a great representative for your company.

Omg…I called at 12 for a same day visit and the technician was there within an hour. I wish I could remember his name because he was unbelievably nice, professional, and completed the repair quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Precision!!!
