He did not try to “up-sell” me and explained options well and completely answered my questions. Jeremiah and his colleague (can’t recall his name) were personable and efficient in the installation phase. They explained functions and answered my questions. Jeremiah even synced my car to the new garage door opener. I highly recommend this company, whether for service and new installation. My garage door action is much quieter now!

My technician was very polite and courteous, and completed the repair work efficiently. However, I was concerned about all the releases I had to sign which didn’t make sense. Another problem occurred after I received my email receipt which has a page showing the items that “failed” but the list doesn’t specify whether this failure is before or AFTER the service was done! For example, it shows the sensor failing, which was replaced and no longer fails. But it also shows a center bearing failing, but I was never informed of this failure. The pass/fail list should specify whether it’s before or after the services are completed.

Start with the lady who took my call. She was excellent. She made sure I had same day service due to broken spring, so my door could not even be raised manually. Then technician Nick raced to my home from across town to get here before I had to leave for a school pickup. He replaced the spring quickly and it was covered under my lifetime warranty. It now works perfectly. Thanks for great service.
