Precision scheduled me the same day I called and gave me the name of the technician (Tim). Tim called earlier and informed me he had a customer who had rescheduled, and he would be here in 20 minutes. Tim assessed the problem and damage and gave me an estimate based on what needed to be done to fix the damage and what I wanted to be done. Long story short, he finished the work in the time he said it would take, and on the estimate he gave me. I’m very satisfied with the quality of workmanship, and material used. I highly recommend Precision for whatever your garage door needs are.

I’m very happy with how quiet my garage door is now. If I came home late at night, it would actually wake my neighbor before Tim came out and upgraded it!
