Tim called ahead to confirm the appointment and was on time. He was polite, explained everything to me in advance (including cost), and was thorough. He installed a number of new parts to get the door properly balanced and functioning. He also repaired the opener itself and installed a keypad, a sensor and the automatic reverse feature. He even reinforced some structural parts for me at no extra charge. I could not be more pleased. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to anyone — and I recommend Tim in particular. Fantastic service. Next day appointment for a small issue. 2 hour time window and called at the front end to notify me he would be there in 1 hour. Was exactly timely. Very informative and professional.
