The 24-hour phone monitoring is great. I called at 7am and Gilbert was here by 8am. He replaced our motor, drive chain, springs, bearings, etc. We have new remotes and a new keypad. The garage door now runs smoothly and is whisper quiet. Very good company to work with – very professional.
